CAD & Mold Design of the PreserveOne LunchBox™

Designing LunchBox™ involved a cross-disciplinary CAD workflow integrating mechanical, electrical, and industrial design teams. Mold specifications required tight tolerances (±0.1 mm) to ensure airtight seals and proper PCB alignment. Key materials:

• Shell: FDA-approved ABS for impact resistance.
• Gaskets: Silicone rubber with for optimal flexibility.
• Inserts: Polycarbonate trays engineered for dishwasher safety.
